Beauty 101

Love your skin and your mirror will show you the love back! Today, i am going to share some very basic but highly important Dos and Don'ts for your skin, which will help you maintain a clean, clear and glowing skin!

1. You really need to take the CTM routine seriously! Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing your face twice a day, really does help your skin in staying away from all those pimples and spots. Its adds a natural glow to your face. So you do need to invest in good products which are suitable to your skin type.

2. Giving your face a cleansing session once in a week will help you get rid of all the face problems you have been complaining of since forever!

3. Everything else that you do goes waste if you are not swearing by your sunscreen while outdoors. No matter how much attention you pay to your skincare routine, if you miss this step, don’t really expect results.

4. Always remove your make up before going to bed. Even if its just an eye liner or a kajal, you need to get it off your face before sleeping. After all, who needs chemicals on their face all night long?

5. Go for home made masks twice a week. This not only replenishes your skin from within, but also restores its natural glow giving your skin and mind both a soothing effect.

6. The oily skin people should wash their face with warm water where as those with dry skin must use cold water. It plays a big role in maintaining the moisture levels of your skin.

7. Always remember, your skin is what you eat. So have a balanced diet and believe me you will feel the difference in no time.

And lastly, in addition to all the above mentioned things, give special attention to any particular problem that your skin might be facing. It can be dark circles, pimples, wrinkles, or some other issue. Comment if you need a separate post addressing any of these issues.
